Good News! My Kitchen is opening soon..

Thank you all for waiting for me to come back to the kitchen...I have missed  being here and missed you coming to visit.

With the changing times and health of my husband and myself, I wanted to find food that was natural, nutritious, delicious and easy to prepare – all at the same time.  My daughter and grandsons live closer now and I want to make sure the meals I serve everyone are just that.

So instead of using preservatives, additives, MSG, or dyes, and most important  I was searching for recipes and food that would offer me no GMOs . I want Ingredients that are Certified Organically grown,  good tasting and also without complicated, time consuming recipes,  I wanted to be enable to create spectacular, great tasting dishes with just a few ingredients.
Many of you who have met me and know me ... are wondering what is she doing now? I have jumped into a great opportunity to prepare meals and share recipes with you who want to follow the more healthy path with me... I am starting a work from home business  in a few weeks and  am so excited to do so..
The Company is Wildtree. I can't wait to get started... Again jumping the gun..because  I just signed up yesterday and am already scanning recipes and adjusting my own recipes to meet those requirements I was looking for.
So please come back to see what "This hens a cookin."I will share with you a lot of GOOD food and facts.

I am starting with  Grapeseed oil it is great for dressings and dipping, but it is absolutely
unbeatable for sautéing or frying because it can be heated to a
higher temperature than other oils without burning. The higher
the heat, the faster the cooking time — so meats stay juicier and
vegetables retain more nutritional value.
And the oil itself has some terrific health benefits. Grapeseed Oil is low
in saturated fat, even lower than olive oil. It’s high in antioxidants, like
Vitamin E. It has no cholesterol. There are even studies showing that
it helps raise HDL (good cholesterol) and lower LDL (bad cholesterol)
and may have other health benefits, like lowering blood pressure.
You may already know that olive oil is more heart-healthy than other
oils. Grape seed Oil is even better.
Grape seeds are so small, it’s hard to believe anyone would go to the bother
of pressing them. Actually, European winemakers have been doing just that for
centuries – and grape seed oil has long been prized for its light distinctive taste and
versatility. Here in America, gourmet cooks are just beginning to recognize its unique
advantages. Unlike the some others, Wildtree Grape seed Oil is expeller pressed, which
means no solvents or gases were used during the extraction process. Better for
cooking, better for you...I'm rambling arent I? Its  just so exciting to become aware...Gosh it s almost dinner time and I have a new chicken recipe to try... tata for now...Don't forget to come back....
